Rita Johnson, NTP, RWS1
Rita is obsessed with helping women balance their hormones and heal their guts! After her own struggle with secondary infertility that was a result of years of poor gut health and a Candida infection Rita went on her own healing journey. Now more energized than she ever thought possible she loves to help other women live their life more fully alive!

Dr Sarah Bartel
Sarah Bartel is a moral theologian and Catholic sex and marriage coach dedicated to helping women and couples apply the theology of the body and the feminine genius to live their vocations with passion and joy. She is the host of the My Delight podcast and cofounder of CanaFeast.com. Her My Delight online course is dedicated to helping married and engaged Catholic women undue knots of shame, ignorance, and isolation to develop holy, healthy, whole-person intimacy with their husbands. She is a mom of five from Sumner, WA, where she loves hiking, reading Jane Austen, feeding her kids salmon, and heading off on adventures. Sarah earned her Ph.D. in moral theology and Christian ethics from The Catholic University of America.
Christina Valenzuela, MTS
Christina is the owner and creative director of Pearl & Thistle, LLC, where she offers a unique blend of theology and science to bring better body literacy to Catholics. She has been a certified instructor in the Boston Cross Check™ method of Natural Family Planning since 2013 and her signature course, Cycle Prep, was a 2021 OSV Innovation Challenge finalist. She holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Notre Dame as well as a Masters in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School.

Alexis McAnally, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Alexis a Nurse Practitioner and Educator who is passionate about helping women navigate the transitions of womanhood from puberty through menopause. Through a restorative health care lens, Alexis utilizes the FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) model, a knowledge and prevention based reproductive health program, to teach women to understand and monitor the signs of their hormonal and overall health. By meeting individually or in a group, Alexis can help you cultivate hormonal health as an aspect of feminine flourishing.

Yes! For some women perimenopause is meet with joy, cycles are almost done. For others with denial, especially if they still want to conceive. Either way this workshop will help you know how you can support your body through this time to ovulate as long as possible, which regardless of our intent is always best for our overall health!
What if I can’t make the calls live?
No problem! The recording will be posted the same day and you can go back and watch it at anytime!
What if I don’t know if I’m in Perimenopause. Can this still help me?
You bet! We will walk through what is perimenopause. Regardless if you are almost there, in the thick of it, or almost out of this season you will be able to walk away with a lot of gems of how to support your body right now!
