Perimenopause Workshop | August 24–28 | Health and Hormones

Live workshop · August 24–28, 2026

Is this perimenopause? And what do I do now?

In five short days, you'll learn how your body is changing, why it's happening, and what to do next, so you can stop guessing and start supporting your body with confidence (because "it's all in your head" is not the right answer).

If you've been wondering—or have been told—your symptoms are "just stress," "just aging," or "just something you have to live with," you're not alone. And for many women, those aren't the whole story.

Join me and four trusted experts as we walk through every major piece of the perimenopause puzzle—from hormones and gut health to fertility awareness, HRT, marriage, and strength training. Together, we'll help you understand the root causes behind your symptoms and give you practical, sustainable tools to support your body for years to come.

Monday–Friday, August 24–28 12:00–1:30 PM ET each day · Live on Zoom · Recordings included
A holistic, faith-based approach to perimenopause? Yes, please! Can't make it live? Every session is recorded and posted the same day.

Why this workshop

If you've ever thought, "What is happening to me?" you're not alone.

Many women think perimenopause is just a few hot flashes and mood swings.

But sometimes it can feel like your body is turning against you. One week you're fine. The next you're crying over nothing, waking up drenched in sweat, and snapping at your husband for breathing too loudly (the jury's still out on whether it's the hormones or whether he really does breathe like a scuba diver resurfacing).

Your focus disappears. Your sleep packs its bags. And you start wondering if this is just your new normal.

And the worst part is that no one talks about it (or what to do!). Doctors brush it off and say, "Welcome to your 40s; here's some medication." Your mom says, "It's normal."

And you? You just want to feel normal again.

I hear you! And you deserve much (much) better support.

Perimenopause is real. Your symptoms are real. And while this season is a natural transition, suffering through it without answers doesn't have to be.

That's why we've brought together five trusted experts to help you understand what's happening in your body—and give you practical, faith-informed tools to support it well.

Here's what we'll tackle this week:

Strong Through Perimenopause and Beyond

Most fitness advice for women over 40 is recycled from a 25-year-old's plan. Maureen teaches strength training built for a perimenopausal body and a full house — muscle, bone, and energy, without a cleared schedule.

Every session is recorded and posted the same day, so a doctor's appointment or a homeschool morning, doesn't cost you the week.

What women said

This workshop can make you enter perimenopause with more confidence and peace.

Linda · January workshop

I really appreciated how this workshop came at peri-menopause from several different angles, all informative and insightful. That is something you would never get in a clinic setting and would be hard-pressed to get online. It was great to be able to ask questions and get real answers from the presenters.

Mary · January workshop

I loved hearing from these different experts about what to expect during perimenopause and beyond. Each of them radiated the joy of being a woman and gave a hope-filled explanation of the wonders of our feminine bodies.

Our approach

Why This Workshop Is Different

We don't believe your body is broken.

Perimenopause isn't your body betraying you. It's a God-given, natural transition that deserves understanding not… fear.

We don't chase symptoms.

Hot flashes, anxiety, poor sleep, weight gain, brain fog, they're not your random perimenopause lot in life. They're clues that help us understand what your body is asking for.

We look at the whole picture.

Instead of focusing on one symptom or one solution, we'll connect the dots between hormones, nutrition, gut health, stress, movement, relationships, and faith. All your body systems are connected and we have to treat them that way.

We believe your faith belongs here too.

God designed your body with incredible wisdom. Caring for it well is good stewardship.

Rita's Perimenopause Workshop was full of all the information you need to start embracing the perimenopause journey. All of the presenters were knowledgeable and extremely kind and gentle in approaching the questions and concerns of the participants — it felt very personal, like they saw you and wanted to help and explain.

Bernadette · January workshop

The perimenopause workshop was excellent in giving expert information in the areas of nutrition, HRT, marriage/intimacy, and natural family planning. It emphasized that the perimenopause experience can be different for every woman, but gave specific educational advice for issues and concerns that might come up along the years of the perimenopause transition. I highly recommend this workshop for all women who are just before or in perimenopause!

Questions

Before you register

What if I can't make the calls live?

No problem. The recording is posted the same day and you can watch anytime. You keep access to the replays.

I don't know whether I'm in perimenopause. Can this still help me?

Yes. We start by walking through what perimenopause actually is. Whether you're approaching it, in the thick of it, or nearly through it, you'll walk away with a lot of gems for supporting your body right now.

Is this for women who are still trying to conceive?

Yes. For some women perimenopause is met with joy — cycles are almost done. For others it's met with denial, especially if they still hope to conceive. Either way, this workshop will help you support your body to ovulate as long as possible, which regardless of your intent is always best for your overall health.

I'm not a "gym person." Is the fitness session going to be over my head?

No. Maureen coaches mothers of large families who have no spare time and no cleared schedule. Her session is built for real life and real beginnings, not just for anyone already training.

I've worked with Rita one-on-one before. Is there something here for me?

This workshop was designed with you in mind. In one-on-one work we're so focused on your specific body that we never get time for the general things every woman needs to do to support her hormones. That's what this week is.

How do I join the calls?

You'll get emailed links each day!

What if this season became the beginning of feeling better—not the end of feeling like yourself?

We'll help you understand what's changing, support your body with confidence, and walk into this next season equipped instead of overwhelmed.
